HOW IT GOT STARTED

KINECT was established to create enriching employment opportunities, building an inclusive society where neurodiversity is celebrated. 

Conceived by Danijela Vrkic (a leading inclusive employment entrepreneur) and Lorcan Murphy, the program aims to train both employers and neurodiverse employees alike- a two sided approach ensuring that both parties have the skills they need to transform the workplace.
